Individualized, Trauma-Informed Treatment

Care plans begin with detailed assessments including medical and psychiatric evaluations. Treatment addresses substance use alongside co-occurring mental health conditions, as well as grief and loss, codependency, and chronic pain. Primary mental health treatment is also available. Core therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, family and group therapy, one-on-one counseling, and 12-step work. A Christian track and spiritual care are available for clients who want them.

Safe, Home-Like Environment

Residential homes are gender-separate, allowing staff to more fully focus on each group’s needs. These residences consist of air-conditioned rooms, comfortable lounges, and outdoor spaces with private patios, large green backyards, and walking paths. Clients have access to a fitness center and spend time in nature, enjoying activities that support mind-body recovery. Holistic offerings include yoga, meditation, art and experiential therapies, plus outdoor experiences such as hiking, river rafting, and kayaking. Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings and faith-based services are available.

Family Therapy and Support

The center’s family program is designed to rebuild trust and strengthen communication between clients and their loved ones throughout recovery. The program helps equip families with tools to set healthy boundaries, manage conflict, and support lasting sobriety. Licensed therapists lead group and individual family sessions that focus on education, emotional healing, and relationship repair. Families are encouraged to participate from admission through aftercare, either in person or virtually.

Step-Down and Continuing Care

A structured step-down path helps clients maintain momentum after residential care. Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs provide therapy, relapse prevention, peer support and mentoring, and family services while clients resume work or school. When needed, clients can transition to sober living for added structure and accountability. Continuing care emphasizes alumni connection, community events, and encouragement to engage with 12-step groups. Case management and education services support re-entry to daily life, helping clients rebuild routines, strengthen relationships, and sustain recovery with practical skills and a long-term supportive network.
