Helping Women in Recovery Improve Parenting Skills

This residential program welcomes women who are pregnant, parenting, or working to regain custody. As such, the residence is fit to support children and is outfitted with cribs, play areas, and access to both childcare and nearby schools. For women navigating parenting in their recovery, classes are offered to help address their own risk-taking behavior, as well as understand their adolescents’ and teenagers' behavior. Through this hands-on support and the stable, nurturing environment, women in the program can improve family bonds while progressing in addiction and mental health treatment.

Treatment That Doesn’t Disrupt Financial Independence

For those needing flexible treatment while maintaining work, the employee assistance program (EAP) helps women access care with little disruption to work responsibilities. With 6–9 hours of weekly structured care, the program offers counseling, relapse prevention, and family support.

A Source of Stability in Addressing Substance Use and Mental Health

Residential programs provide 24-hour care in a structured setting. After a full intake, each person receives a tailored plan that may include medications for addiction treatment (MAT), health services, counseling, evidence-based therapies, and relapse prevention. By stepping away from environments with triggers and substance use—and still remaining with their children—women can focus on recovery and maintaining healthier routines for themselves and their families.
