Adaptable outpatient care levels
Alliance Recovery Orange County offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). In PHP, clients participate in clinical programming during the day and return home or to sober living in the evenings. During IOP, clients attend sessions about three times per week. These sessions can be scheduled either during the day or in the evenings, so clients can work on their recovery without disrupting their regular responsibilities. Telehealth options are also available for those who need to receive treatment from home.
Co-occurring mental health treatment
Programs are designed to treat substance use disorders alongside mental health conditions, addressing both at once in a holistic manner. These can include anxiety, depression, trauma, and other concerns. Therapists use evidence-based approaches during individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Specialized recovery plans
Care can be adapted to fit the needs of executives, veterans, first responders, young adults, older adults, LGBTQIA+ clients, couples, and pregnant clients. Accommodations can include flexible technology policies for executives and gender-specific group programming.
Long-term support
Before formal treatment ends, staff work with clients to make sure they are set up for the transition to independent living. Some examples of discharge planning are connections to peer support, community resources, and outside substance use and mental health counseling.
