This includes hospital inpatient and residential treatment, outpatient programs (regular, intensive outpatient (IOP), and day treatment/partial hospitalization (PHP)), plus inpatient, residential, and outpatient detox. The center treats substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions, as well as chronic pain, with options for short-term and long-term residential stays. Evidence-Based Therapies and Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT)

Care combines a 12-step foundation with evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, anger management, and trauma-related counseling. Family therapy is also available, along with group and one-on-one counseling. MAT can be prescribed to help ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings. The program accepts clients already using medications for alcohol or opioid use disorder and can prescribe on-site or coordinate with in-network prescribers when appropriate.

Treatment occurs in a restored historic home, in an environment designed to emphasize healing and calm. Daily care blends a structured schedule with access to outdoor activities and a gym to support overall wellness. Yoga and art therapy are available as complementary services. The property offers communal spaces, supporting engagement in individual and group sessions, relapse-prevention planning, and skill-building.

Step-Down, Aftercare, and Practical Support

Step-down paths feature outpatient options and connections to self-help groups. Staff can help clients with finding peer support, recovery coaching, and employment counseling or training to help stabilize finances after treatment. Housing services can assist with transitional living or sober housing needs. The program offers outcome follow-up after discharge and alumni engagement, and can help locate local Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings. Case management, assistance obtaining social services, and telehealth options help clients maintain momentum as they return to work, school, and family life.
