Integrated Care That Includes Medical, Mental Health, and Primary Care

Tarzana Treatment Centers Inc combines substance use treatment with mental health services and primary medical care in one system. This integrated setup supports people who need coordinated care for co-occurring disorders and physical health needs alongside addiction treatment, with support that can continue across multiple programs.

Multiple Levels of Care in One Place

At the campus, services include withdrawal management (detox), residential rehab with short- and long-term tracks, partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient care including intensive outpatient programming (IOP). The center also runs a federally certified opioid treatment program with methadone maintenance and outpatient buprenorphine (Suboxone) maintenance, plus medications for addiction treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol use disorders.

Specialized Programs for Teens, Young Adults, and Families

Programs serve teens, young adults, and adults, with women’s services available. The women’s and children’s residential program allows pregnant and postpartum women to attend treatment with young children and includes on-site childcare and parenting support. Family education groups and family counseling help loved ones understand addiction, boundaries, and how to support recovery.

Wraparound Support and Campus Environment

Support services include transitional/supportive housing, benefits and social services support, case management, employment counseling, transportation assistance, and telehealth. Additional services include HIV care and education, court-related programs (including drug diversion and drug court), and domestic violence intervention. The campus includes outdoor space, gardens, walking paths, and a basketball court, and it offers Spanish and sign language services. Smoking and vaping are not permitted.

Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities

CARF reviews rehab programs to make sure they provide respectful, effective, and personalized care. For addiction treatment, CARF uses standards developed with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), so this accreditation shows the program follows trusted, evidence-based guidelines for treating substance use.

Council on Accreditation

COA is known for reviewing organizations that support families and communities, including addiction treatment programs. Their seal means the rehab center has strong leadership, treats people with dignity, and follows proven practices across all levels of care.

SAMHSA-certified Opioid Treatment Program
