Social Model Recovery With Peer Accountability

Omni Center is built on a social model approach, where the day-to-day community is part of treatment. The program emphasizes mutual self-help and personal responsibility, with residents practicing healthier routines and relationships alongside peers in a structured living environment.

A Consistent Daily Rhythm, Plus Nearby 12-Step Support

Each day starts with morning meditation and reflection, followed by daily groups, individual counseling, and recreational and social activities. In the evenings, residents may attend on-site or outside Twelve Step meetings, including nightly fellowship meetings held nearby that operate independently of the program.

Longer-Term Residential Care With Employment Preparation

Length of stay is based on individual circumstances and may extend for months, which can be a fit for men who need more time to stabilize and rebuild daily structure. In the last phase, the program shifts toward job training and employment support to help residents prepare for work and life after residential treatment.

Coordinated Support for Complex Needs

Omni Center serves adult men, including people navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. Programming may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, anger management, trauma-related counseling, and the Matrix Model. Residents can also access family counseling, case management, social skills development, and health education, including tobacco cessation counseling and education and support related to HIV and hepatitis. Spanish-language services are available.

Outdoor Space and Family Visit-Friendly Amenities

The setting includes gardens, walking paths, and lounge areas that give residents places to decompress between scheduled activities. Visitors are allowed, and smoking and vaping are permitted in designated areas. A children’s play area supports family visits, and the space is adjacent to temporary and supportive housing services for people who have completed residential care and are attending outpatient treatment.
