This stage usually lasts between 30 to 90 days, depending on the individual. Practical Services for Long-Term Stability

The center provides case management to help men with housing, healthcare, and access to community resources as needed. Job readiness support and vocational training are offered to prepare clients to return to work or find new employment. Peer mentoring and self-help groups are available to encourage mutual accountability and encouragement. Before discharge, staff work with men on aftercare planning, including referrals to outpatient programs and ongoing alumni support.
