Flexible and Focused Treatment

Outpatient programming is designed to be compatible with busy schedules, balancing treatment with school, work, or family life. IOP treatment is structured without being checked into an inpatient facility, with at least nine hours of therapy weekly, scheduled in three-hour sessions, three to five days per week, over 12 to 16 weeks. Both in-person and virtual options are available, providing consistent access to care without disrupting daily routines.

Stress Management with Treatment

Evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and psychodynamic therapy. To complement clinical care, clients also take part in holistic and experiential therapies like yoga, meditation, tai chi, acupuncture, reiki, and music therapy with harp. These elements help clients manage anxiety, mood changes, and stress, while supporting overall well-being of mind and body.

Building Skills for Life Outside of Treatment

Beyond therapy, this program emphasizes life and coping skills that carry into daily living. Clients take life-skills classes, résumé-building sessions, and daily fitness activities to strengthen confidence, organization, and self-care. Group therapy provides structure and peer connection—especially important for those navigating independence, relationships, and emotional regulation during recovery.
