A Setting Built for Privacy and Focus

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Los Angeles, just minutes from Santa Monica and Venice Beach, the campus consists of three restored craftsman homes. Bamboo-lined gardens and private patios offer spaces for reflection, while common areas include a pool, hot tub, and therapeutic gardens. Clients can choose private or shared rooms with modern amenities. Chef-prepared meals are served to help support health and energy. The setting balances comfort and discretion, creating a private retreat where clients can focus fully on recovery.

Specialized Support for Professionals and Executives

The professionals program is designed for executives and high-functioning clients who need treatment without stepping away completely from work or family roles. Evening sessions, held three weeknights and one weekend day, allow participants to continue professional responsibilities while receiving focused therapy. Therapies address stress, burnout, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Relapse prevention and coaching are offered to help clients maintain progress after discharge. This flexible, low-profile track helps clients balance treatment with career and personal commitments.

12-Step and Non-12-Step Recovery Paths

Recognizing that traditional 12-step groups aren’t the right fit for everyone, the program also offers non-12-step approaches. This includes the science-based SMART recovery option. Clients can explore evidence-based therapies along with holistic practices like mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and experiential therapy. These alternatives focus on building self-awareness and practical coping skills without requiring adherence to a single philosophy. This empowers clients to choose the recovery pathway that best aligns with their values and long-term goals.

Holistic and Brain-Based Therapies

In addition to evidence-based counseling, the program integrates holistic and brain-based therapies to support recovery on multiple levels. Mindfulness practices, meditation, and yoga promote stress relief and emotional regulation. Sweat lodge ceremonies are held to encourage healing through connection with nature and community. Brain-based options like neurofeedback allow clients to observe and retrain their brainwave patterns. This can help improve focus and emotional stability. By combining these approaches, the program addresses both the mind and body, helping clients build healthier routines.

Plentiful Recreational Activities

The program incorporates recreational therapies to show that recovery can include joyful experiences. Clients participate in activities like hiking along coastal trails, paddle boarding, gardening, and horseback riding. These outings help reduce stress and offer healthy alternatives to past habits. On-site, clients can enjoy swimming and yoga. Recreational therapy is designed to strengthen resilience, encourage social bonds, and create positive experiences that carry into daily life.
