Trauma-Informed Care

Clients receive individualized treatment plans developed through clinical and medical assessments. Therapy combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the Matrix Model, Living in Balance, and Relapse Prevention with daily 12-Step meetings and counseling. These approaches help clients manage triggers, improve emotional regulation, and rebuild healthy routines. Treatment is trauma-informed and integrates mental health care for clients recovering from relapse or co-occurring conditions.

Structured Discharge Planning

Discharge planning begins at admission, creating a personalized roadmap for each client’s recovery. Counselors review and update these plans throughout treatment to ensure readiness for transition back into the community. Clients are connected with outpatient programs, 12-Step groups, and sober living options before discharge. The program emphasizes early engagement with aftercare to sustain progress and reduce relapse risk.

Connecting Clients to Real-Life Support Outside of Treatment

Case management connects clients with essential community resources to support long-term stability. Counselors coordinate referrals for health care, employment services, mental health treatment, and housing assistance. Staff help clients address practical needs such as transportation and legal or social service coordination.
