Care typically begins with medically supervised withdrawal management, which includes rest, nutrition, and consistent monitoring. After this stage, clients can transition into residential treatment. Daily schedules include 12-step meetings, group therapy, recovery workshops, and individual counseling. Afternoons may include yoga, boxing, fitness, art-based groups, or time outdoors, along with evening 12-step meetings.

Integrated Support for Mental Health And Substance Use

The center treats a wide range of substance use disorders alongside mental health concerns including trauma and eating disorders. Treatment for co-occurring chronic pain is also available. Care may include medications for addiction treatment (MAT), plus medications for mental health and other medical needs. Approaches involve cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, EMDR, trauma-focused counseling, and 12-step facilitation.
