Faith-Based Recovery with a Welcoming Approach
The center combines evidence-based therapies with spiritual support and counseling in a men-only environment. While grounded in Jewish tradition, the program welcomes men of all backgrounds who are seeking freedom from substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Spirituality is woven into daily schedules through prayer, meditation, Torah study, and holiday observances, alongside clinical care. All meals are Glatt kosher and Chalov Yisroel.
Long-Term Residential Program with Neighboring Outpatient Center
Most clients begin with a three-month residential stay, where days are structured around individual and group therapy, physical fitness, spiritual counseling, and 12-Step meetings. Mornings begin with an optional hike to clear the mind and invigorate the body. Activities such as art therapy and volunteering provide healthy ways to reconnect with life. After completing residential care, clients may transition to outpatient services, located about two miles away. Sober living is provided in the same place as the residential program.
Evidence-Based and Trauma-Informed Care
The center integrates therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relapse prevention, and trauma counseling. Many clients arrive with unresolved pain from past experiences, and the centerās care staff offer tools to process these traumas and build resilience. Services such as family therapy, employment counseling, educational support, and case management are adapted to each clientās needs.
Strong Community and Alumni Network
A defining feature of the program is its emphasis on fellowship and ongoing support. Clients form bonds through peer groups, alumni events, sober holiday celebrations, and mentoring opportunities. This community-based model creates accountability and connection, which can be vital for maintaining long-term recovery. Alumni often remain engaged and visit the center, providing encouragement and modeling hope for those just beginning the journey.
