Located near the Santa Cruz coastline, this nonprofit program offers both medically supervised detox and 24/7 residential treatment under one roof. Clients can stabilize and continue care without transferring facilities. Length of stay is determined by ongoing clinical assessments and personalized care plans. The environment is calm and restorative, designed to help residents establish structure and confidence through individual counseling, group therapy, and community-based recovery meetings.

Perinatal Program And Family Support

Janus operates one of the region’s only residential programs for women who are pregnant or parenting young children. This program blends addiction treatment with parenting support, creating a safe, family-centered space for recovery. Staff collaborate with community partners to coordinate prenatal care, parenting education, and family involvement. The goal is to strengthen both recovery and family stability, ensuring parents can maintain their progress after returning home.
