Women-Only Residential Care in a Small Setting
Lynn Goff Clinic is a women’s residential substance use treatment program in Greenfield, Ohio. The program may be a fit for clients who want structured, 24-hour support in a setting that stays focused on women’s needs and safety throughout early recovery.
Withdrawal Management (Detox) With Medication Support When Appropriate
The clinic provides withdrawal management (detox) and residential treatment for alcohol and other drug use. Medication support may be part of care, including medications for addiction treatment (MAT) options such as buprenorphine and naltrexone, as well as medication for alcohol use disorder. The program also accepts clients who are already receiving these medications through an outside prescriber.
Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Mental Health Needs
For people whose substance use is connected to mental health concerns, the clinic offers treatment for co-occurring conditions. Services include mental health and substance use assessments, medication management for mental health symptoms, and therapy approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-related counseling, anger management, and relapse prevention.
Practical Supports That Remove Barriers to Care
Beyond therapy, the clinic offers services that make treatment more workable day to day. These include case management, transportation assistance, and recovery services such as mentoring or peer support, recovery coaching, and help connecting to social services. The clinic also provides education and counseling services, including group and individual counseling, substance use education, and tobacco cessation counseling.
Continuing Care Through a Regional Nonprofit Network
Lynn Goff Clinic is part of the Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center network, which serves multiple counties in the region. That connection can support step-down planning through discharge planning, aftercare or continuing care, naloxone and overdose education, and follow-up after discharge, helping clients stay connected to support after residential treatment ends.
