Adams Recovery Center offers residential treatment designed for a longer stay, with the program structured to give clients time to stabilize and work through core issues. Days follow a set routine to reduce idle time and rebuild healthy habits, with a mix of counseling, sober support meetings, responsibilities, and planned downtime. Residential clients receive on-site medical support and withdrawal management (detox), which can be especially helpful for people who need a steady environment away from everyday stressors.

Practical Support That Helps Treatment Fit Real Life

The program puts strong emphasis on care coordination and case management, support that can make it easier to stay engaged in treatment when life is complicated. Staff help clients work through common barriers like legal obligations and child protective services requirements, and the center also accepts referrals from systems such as hospitals and courts. Admissions begins with an assessment that matches each person to the appropriate level of care, including support for co-occurring substance use and mental health needs.

A Full Continuum With Built-In Accountability and Family Involvement

Clients can step into intensive outpatient (IOP) or outpatient services as a next level of care or as a starting point. Across levels, services include individual, group, and family counseling, relapse prevention planning, peer support specialists, and routine drug screening to support accountability. The center also provides crisis intervention, on-site urinalysis, and hepatitis C treatment. Daily sober support meetings are available, and the program supports personal spiritual practices while clients are in treatment.

The Loveland location is a quiet, nature-forward campus near a golf course, with residential living and shared spaces. Meals are provided for residential clients, including continental breakfast and catered lunch and dinner. The program is co-ed, with gender-specific residential programming, and recovery housing for men is available as part of the continuum. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT) are offered through a partnership with MedMark.
