Monarch Health and Recovery offers a seamless continuum of addiction and mental health care—, from medically supported detox through residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient services, on one integrated campus in West Portsmouth. Monarch combines medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and naltrexone, with evidence-based counseling such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and trauma-focused therapy. The program also incorporates 12-step facilitation and telehealth therapy for accessibility.
