Wellbrook Recovery in Chardon is a small residential program, hosting about 10 clients at a time. Programming includes three hours of one-on-one therapy and 30 hours of group sessions each week and addresses challenges with substance use alongside co-occurring mental health concerns, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Step-down care and practical support for life after residential treatment

In addition to residential treatment, this location also offers a PHP and an IOP. The PHP operates five hours per day, six days a week; the IOP provides 10 hours of individual and group therapy every week. Case managers help clients plan outpatient care and can help coordinate sober living when necessary. Clients can also stay connected through alumni programming.
