Recovery Designed for Women with Trauma and Addiction

This residential program for women helps those recovering from both trauma and substance use in a safe and structured environment. Services include trauma-informed therapy, group and individual counseling, and structured daily activities, all designed to bolster sobriety, emotional wellbeing, and help women establish personalized goals.

A Supportive, Home-Like Place to Heal

Days are structured with peer groups, physical activity, relapse prevention sessions, and regular 12-step meeting attendance—all grounded in a strengths-based approach. The program’s trauma-specific curriculum helps women relearn coping tools and restore their sense of self-worth.

Connection Beyond Treatment

Graduates can transition into Koala House, a nurturing, recovery-focused home where they continue healing while reintegrating into daily life. In addition, the Gateway Alumni Leadership Sisters (GALS) program offers ongoing connection through mentorship and community events. These aftercare services help women sustain recovery, strengthen peer bonds, and stay rooted in a supportive network long after leaving the residential recovery home.
