Restful, Cozy Home in the Foothills
Among the foothills, the co-ed home creates space for young adults to focus on healing away from daily pressures. The newer, upscale home is designed to feel comfortable with an open-concept interior and plenty of patio seating.
Activities Designed to Complement Clinical Treatment
The program serves young adults ages 18–35 who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, or co-occurring substance use concerns. Each resident receives a clinical assessment to guide a tailored plan. Evidence-based therapies are complemented by art and music therapy, equine-assisted therapy, yoga, and mindfulness practices. Outdoor adventure activities—such as hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and rock climbing—help young people build confidence and resilience.
Empowering Young Adults to Thrive Independently
Programming features practical skills that prepare young adults for the next stage of life. Academic assistance keeps clients stay on track with education, while vocational and career development workshops build readiness for independence. Life skills groups focus on executive functioning, financial literacy, and interpersonal skills, alongside nutrition education and fitness programming that promote healthy daily routines.
Instilling Recovery Community Beyond Treatment
Clients participate in group therapy sessions and activities that reduce isolation and help build a sense of belonging. Families are engaged through therapy sessions and psychoeducation to improve communication at home. After treatment, alumni programming continues these connections through regional meet-ups, support groups, and virtual check-ins, extending recovery support into everyday life.
