Group rooms and common spaces have a warm, lived-in feel that encourages connection without pressure. Outdoor areas are used for meetings, reflection, and recreation. This space is intentionally structured to support healing without distractions.

Holistic Therapies That Support Whole-Person Healing

In addition to trauma therapy and other evidence-based approaches, activities such as yoga, meditation, tai chi, and expressive arts are woven into care plans to support stress relief, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Spiritual development, cultural awareness, and vocational support are also incorporated, reflecting the center’s view of recovery as a full-body, full-life process. For many, these offerings provide tools not just for getting sober, but for staying grounded long after treatment ends.

Ongoing Support and Life Skills

Alumni are often referred to sober living and other forms of ongoing support. Life skills programming is part of the experience, helping clients build practical tools to navigate everyday challenges, whether related to work, relationships, or mental health. Recovery meetings on-site and in the broader community, like 12-Step groups, provide additional layers of support, even post-discharge.
