### Private, Restorative Recovery for Women The center offers a private, women-only environment designed for emotional restoration and balance. The program treats substance use, eating disorders, and co-occurring mental health concerns through an integrated approach that addresses the full person, not just symptoms. Clients participate in daily schedules with therapy, group support, and holistic wellness. The serene coastal backdrop reinforces the program’s mission to help women recover a sense of clarity, confidence, and connection after burnout, stress, or emotional disconnection. ### Evidence-Based, Trauma-Informed Care Treatment is grounded in trauma-informed psychotherapy and supported by licensed medical staff specializing in women’s behavioral health. Each client receives weekly individual sessions, psychiatric care, and medication management, paired with group therapy focused on emotional processing and relational healing. Methods include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic experiencing to support nervous system regulation. This integrative framework allows women to heal from underlying perfectionism, anxiety, and trauma that often fuel addiction. ### A Coastal Environment for Healing The Oceanside residence houses women in private or shared rooms that combine comfort with calm, modern design. Shared kitchens, patios with ocean views, and communal living spaces encourage connection and routine. Daily activities include yoga, mindfulness, and spirituality groups. Women also participate in weekly outings such as swimming and coastal walks. Balanced meals are prepared, and each client receives nutritional counseling to rebuild strength and restore healthy eating patterns. The coastal air, natural light, and ocean access create a tranquil setting that supports both physical and emotional renewal. ### Long-Term Support The center helps clients transition from treatment to independence through aftercare planning, case management, and a strong alumni network. Each woman leaves with a personalized plan that may include ongoing therapy, medication management, and participation in alumni dinners, events, and mentorship programs. Case managers can connect clients with housing assistance, vocational counseling, and community-based support as needed. Transportation assistance is also available, ensuring that logistics don’t stand in the way of treatment.
