Christian Residential Care for Women

The program provides a safe and faith-centered space for healing from substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Treatment plans combine evidence-based therapies with spiritual care in a setting designed for close connection, privacy, and individual attention. Clients participate in structured daily schedules that blend therapy, spiritual reflection, and wellness activities to support recovery, stability, and renewed faith.

12-Step Care and Spiritual Integration

The 12-step philosophy is woven throughout clients’ daily lives. Each step is explored through a faith-centered lens, pairing biblical reflection with practical action toward healing and accountability. Women attend guided 12-step studies, participate in process groups that apply scriptural principles, and engage in prayer and meditation as part of their daily rhythm. The program’s pastoral team supports each woman, aiming to help her replace self-defeating patterns with faith, service, and purpose rooted in spiritual renewal and lasting sobriety.

Safe and Supportive Environment

The small, women-only program ensures a private setting free from the distractions or pressures of co-ed environments. The intimate size allows therapists to form close, trusting relationships with each client and adapt interventions to individual needs. Group and individual sessions address topics such as trauma, parenting, relationships, and body image. Clients are encouraged to express vulnerability and find strength in shared experience. Through community, clients practice open communication, mutual accountability, and emotional regulation.

Step-Down Support and Aftercare

Following residential treatment, clients may choose to transition into day treatment or intensive outpatient care (IOP) within the Covenant Hills network. These levels of care allow women to continue receiving support while rebuilding independence. Optional sober living homes in Orange County are available to provide structured housing during this phase. Aftercare includes alumni meetings, relapse prevention groups, and life skills workshops that reinforce coping strategies learned in treatment. Case managers can help clients access housing, employment assistance, and social services as needed.
