What to expect

Developing your care plan

  • Personalized Assessment and Therapist Matching: Treatment starts with a comprehensive assessment where clinical history is gathered and reviewed by leadership before treatment planning begins. Clients are paired with a therapist based on clinical fit, and work directly together to build a care plan based around history, goals, and recovery needs.
  • Ongoing Treatment Plan Reviews: Throughout a client's stay, the clinical team meets weekly to review client progress and make adjustments to the care plan. Each individual receives a different plan as goals and priorities depend on client needs, as opposed to a fixed curriculum.

Who you will meet with

  • Clinical team: Clients work with master's and doctoral-level therapists who provide individual, group, and family therapies. Family support groups help educate loved ones about addiction, recovery, boundaries, and reducing codependency. Individuals may also interact with clinical staff during these sessions. This multidisciplinary approach allows team members to work together for treatment planning and ongoing care.
  • Medical team: Medical providers are available to help with medication management and monitoring as well as supporting clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. They work with the clinical team to support treatment goals and recovery progress.

Typical schedule

  • Clinical programming: Care may include individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducational groups, relapse prevention education, trauma-focused treatment, and mental health services. Medication management is available when needed.
  • Daily treatment experience: Clients participate in a combination of therapy, counseling, skills-building, and recovery activities, with a focus on trauma, anger management, grief, relapse prevention, and gender-specific discussions. Programs may also include experiential and wellness approaches such as yoga, meditation, fitness activities, art therapy, and spirituality groups.

Aftercare

  • Recovery coaching and alumni support: Recovery coaching may be available to help support clients after treatment and alumni programming gives clients the opportunity to maintain continued connections and peer support after completing the formal program.
  • Aftercare planning and transition support: Aftercare services help clients after discharge by providing support, monitoring, and guidance. The aftercare program is in place to prevent relapse and tackle emotional challenges. These issues often arise as clients return to their daily lives after treatment.

Pre-Admissions Experience

We conducted a series of pre-admissions calls, the most recent on June 3, 2026 to evaluate response time, transparency, and patient experience.

When we contacted the facility, the call was answered immediately by an in-house representative rather than a call center. The conversation was friendly, informative, and highly detailed. They were transparent about pricing, clearly explained how treatment plans are developed, and took time to discuss the client's individual circumstances without creating pressure to commit to treatment.
