Social Model Recovery With 24/7 On-Site Support

This co-ed residential program is built around Social Model recovery — a peer-oriented approach focused on mutual help, shared responsibility, and personal accountability. Clients are treated as students of recovery rather than patients, with counselors and trained staff on site around the clock. A Resident Council helps reinforce community standards and day-to-day leadership inside the house.

Structured Learning That Blends Evidence-Based Curriculum and 12-Step Support

Days follow a consistent schedule designed to build routine and practical recovery skills. Programming includes recovery planning, communication skills, and relapse awareness classes, along with Matrix Institute modules focused on early recovery and relapse prevention. AA/NA meetings are part of the core routine, with encouragement to engage in sponsorship and peer support.

Withdrawal Management, Family Support, and Coordination for Co-Occurring Needs

The program offers social-model withdrawal management for people entering residential care. Family Empowerment counseling sessions and support groups are available to help strengthen relationships and build a more stable support system. For clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health needs, the program provides integrated support and can coordinate referrals as needed. If a client uses medications for addiction treatment (MAT), the program may coordinate with outside prescribers rather than providing medications on site.

A Practical Residential Setting With Outdoor Space and Ongoing Recovery Support

Living is communal and dorm-style, with meals provided and on-site laundry to support day-to-day stability. Outdoor areas include a landscaped courtyard with walking paths and shaded patio seating that offer space to decompress between groups. Planning for what comes next is part of the process, including discharge planning and weekly alumni aftercare. Clients may also be connected to housing services, employment counseling or training, transportation assistance, and other community support. Spanish-language services are available.
