Hospital-Based Substance Use Care
MPI Treatment Services offers substance use treatment in a fully hospital-integrated setting. This allows clients access to 24/7 medical oversight, full diagnostic services, and treatment for co-occurring physical and mental health conditions, all within the same facility. It is especially well-suited for individuals managing complex health needs alongside recovery.
Medications and Psychiatric Support
Programming also features a wide range of medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including naltrexone, disulfiram, acamprosate, buprenorphine, methadone, and detox-specific options like lofexidine. These are prescribed and monitored onsite by medical staff. The facility also welcomes clients already on MAT from outside providers. Psychiatric care and medications for mental health disorders, HIV, and Hepatitis C are also available, ensuring clients receive integrated, whole-person care.
Step-Down Continuum of Care
The program supports multiple levels of treatment, including hospital inpatient detox, residential stays, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient programming (IOP). This structure allows clients to step up or down in care as needed without disrupting their treatment plan or changing providers. Having all levels available under one roof supports recovery continuity and reduces barriers to progress.
Community and Peer Support
Beyond medical and clinical services, MPI includes peer-based servicesthat help individuals stay connected during recovery. Clients can access 12-step facilitation, peer mentoring, and recovery coaching. These offerings continue through discharge, which includes overdose prevention education and aftercare planning aimed at reducing relapse risk and supporting longer-term stability.
Inclusive, Smoke-Free Setting
The facility enforces a smoke-free and vape-free policy and provides language assistance, including sign language interpretation. These features help create an environment that prioritizes both physical health and accessibility, making treatment more inclusive for a diverse range of clients.
