Overview

Mission Prep Healthcare provides comprehensive care for adolescents facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, and technology dependence. New clients receive an evaluation, psychological assessment, and diagnostic assessment to determine the most appropriate treatment plan. Programming includes therapy services with family and clinical mentor sessions, as well as experiential outdoor outings, exercise wellness, and specialized group programming, such as yoga and nutritional sessions. Small group, teen-friendly social outings include trips to the beach and the movies. Clients may bring a cell phone and musical instrument to the residential program, with supervised phone sessions and daily calls with approved contacts.

  • Provides a structured fitness program with weekly boxing, personal training, and yoga class.
  • Daily access to the in-house gym, with supervision during non-programming hours.
