Step-Down Care for Every Stage of Recovery
Mirmont Treatment Center offers a full continuum of care, from medically supervised detox and 24-hour residential treatment to partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and traditional outpatient programs. Each person receives a personalized plan designed by a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, psychiatrists, and therapists. By integrating treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions, Mirmont helps clients progress safely and confidently through every phase of recovery.
Medication Support and Trauma-Informed Therapies
Treatment combines evidence-based therapies with access to medications for addiction treatment (MAT). Clinicians prescribe and monitor medications such as buprenorphine, naltrexone, acamprosate, and disulfiram to ease withdrawal and reduce cravings. Therapy options include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-specific counseling, and relapse prevention. Clients can also participate in mindfulness training, anger management, and 12-step facilitation. Nicotine cessation support and wellness education encourage lifelong recovery habits.
Specialized Programs for First Responders, Veterans, and Families
Through its VIPER programs, Mirmont provides trauma-informed treatment tailored for first responders, along with specialized support for veterans, active-duty military, young adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Family therapy and education sessions help loved ones understand addiction and strengthen communication during the recovery process. Comprehensive aftercare planning ensures continued progress through therapy, peer recovery coaching, naloxone education, and community resource connections, all reflecting Mirmont’s values of compassion, integrity, and mindfulness.
Restorative Campus and Whole-Person Wellness
Located on a serene, nature-filled campus in Media, Mirmont blends clinical care with restorative experiences. Clients have access to gardens, walking paths, outdoor lounges, and meditation and yoga rooms designed for reflection and calm. Holistic therapies such as yoga, mindfulness, and acupuncture promote emotional balance and physical well-being. Shared rooms with private baths, indoor lounges, and a fitness center offer comfort and structure, while transportation assistance, employment counseling, and peer support help clients rebuild stability after treatment.
