Accessible Treatment for Substance Use and Mental Health

The center’s mission centers around removing barriers to substance use care. The program serves people who might otherwise go without treatment by offering residential, outpatient, and supportive services regardless of financial circumstances. Every client begins with a full medical exam and assessment to identify not only substance use concerns but also mental health needs, social challenges, and family issues. Family counseling is also offered.

Residential Program for Men

The residential program, available to adult men, provides 45–90 days of structured care focused on accountability, personal growth, and family restoration. The grounds include basketball and volleyball courts, a walking trail, and a softball field, creating space for physical activity and social downtime. Clients participate in daily counseling, group education, and recovery meetings. Onsite medical partners provide routine health care.

12-Step, SMART Recovery, and Evidence-Based Therapies

Treatment is grounded in evidence-based methods while addressing the emotional and social roots of addiction. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed counseling help clients build coping skills. Clients participate in 12-step meetings such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). Science-based SMART Recovery is also available, offering an alternative pathway for clients. The center welcomes clients managing co-occurring mental health conditions and supports clients already prescribed medications for addiction treatment (MAT) by outside providers.

Outpatient and Continuing Care

For those who cannot step away fully from family or work, the center provides outpatient counseling programs. Outpatient participants attend two to three classes weekly over three to six months, receiving the same evidence-based care with a flexible schedule. After residential or outpatient care, recovery support continues for up to a year. Services include recovery coaching, mentoring, and peer groups. Alumni often return to lead meetings and provide encouragement for new clients. This can help reduce the sense of isolation many face after treatment.
