The facility also offers family and marriage therapy, supporting people in restoring connections affected by substance use. Holistic therapy options include yoga, mindfulness exercises, and art, music, and equine therapy.

Creative Expression and Weekend Flexibility

Saturdays at Everlast Recovery Center offer an opportunity for unstructured connection and personal exploration. Known as a “free day,” this time is reserved for group outings or creative activities that break from the regular treatment schedule. Clients might spend the day hiking, bowling, seeing a movie, or participating in guided art classes. The relaxed, social environment helps build community, reduces stress, and reinforces the idea that healing can include joy, creativity, and meaningful connection.

12-Step Integration and Community Connection

Everlast incorporates 12-step principles as part of a broader, flexible approach to recovery. Clients are introduced to the values and structure of 12-step programs and are encouraged to explore meetings and fellowship both during and after treatment. Staff help facilitate connections to local Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) communities.
