A Young Adult Men-Focused Residential Program

Delta Village Inc - Residential Rehabilitation is a 24-hour residential program built for young adults who identify as men and want intensive help for substance use. As part of Horizon’s Village Campus, the program pairs structured rehab services with day-to-day support that helps clients rebuild stability in relationships, work, and routine while staying in a supervised setting.

Evidence-Based Counseling that Builds Coping Skills

Treatment includes individual and group counseling alongside evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, trauma-related counseling, anger management, and 12-step facilitation. Education about substance use disorders and health and wellness programming are part of the mix, helping clients practice skills they can use outside of treatment.

Medical, Psychiatric, and Medication Support in One Setting

Clients receive medical and psychiatric evaluation, including comprehensive substance use and mental health assessments, a medical history and physical exam, and screening and testing such as drug and alcohol screening and infectious disease testing (including HIV, hepatitis, STDs, TB). Delta Village provides withdrawal management (detox) and addiction medicine consultation, including medications for addiction treatment (MAT) and medications used for alcohol use disorder, along with medication support for mental health when needed.

Family Support and Practical Next-Step Planning

Family involvement is a core part of the program through family counseling sessions that focus on communication, boundaries, and shared decision-making, as well as Community Reinforcement & Family Training (CRAFT). Discharge planning includes aftercare, follow-up after discharge, naloxone and overdose education, and recovery supports such as recovery coaching, peer support, housing services, help accessing social services, employment counseling or training, and transportation assistance. Visitors and mobile phone access are allowed, smoking and vaping are not permitted, and the program follows LGBTQIA+ inclusive practices.
