Daily treatment and medical support

Clients have access to daily intensive clinical care, which may include group counseling, individual therapy, and meetings with medical professionals onsite. Counseling may address substance use, mental health, employment needs, and family support. Basic primary medical care may also be available directly at the facility.

Personalized recovery planning

Recovery goals and groups are chosen by clients to align with their needs. Group topics may include boundaries, conflict resolution, mental health, employment, wellness, family, mindfulness, stress management, and parenting. Schedules may be adjusted around clients' priorities. The amount of time clients can stay at the facility ranges from a few weeks to several months or longer, depending on need.

Trauma-informed and evidence-based care

The facility utilizes trauma-informed care to create an environment that focuses on safety, trust, collaboration, choice, and empowerment. Evidence-based care may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, contingency management (rewards for positive behaviors), and pharmacotherapy (medication-based treatment).

Support beyond residential treatment

A broader care network that is connected to the facility may provide support with residential rehabilitation, reintegration programs, peer-supported apartments, and supportive housing. Some services may help connect clients with outpatient treatment, vocational support, and community resources as they make progress toward a more independent lifestyle. Supportive housing may also include rental subsidies, security deposits, and other assistance for clients who need continued housing support.
