As part of Tennessee’s State Opioid Response initiative, CAAP offers medications for addiction treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine and naltrexone, combined with counseling and case management. Specialized services support veterans, women, justice-involved clients, and those affected by trauma, homelessness, or domestic violence. Programs are available in English and Spanish, with sign language interpretation as needed.
Housing and Recovery Support
CAAP operates targeted housing initiatives, including the Homeless Veterans Transitional Housing Program, Uptown Manor for low-income seniors, and Place of Hope for individuals with disabilities. Recovery services extend beyond treatment through peer mentoring, self-help groups, transportation assistance, and housing support.
