For opioid use disorder, Serenity offers medications for addiction treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), methadone, and naltrexone (Vivitrol). These medications are combined with counseling and recovery resources to ease withdrawal, reduce cravings, and help individuals stay engaged in treatment while focusing on long-term recovery goals.

Historic Midtown Campus and Amenities

The Midtown Memphis campus spans multiple renovated buildings, including the Lowenstein mansion, and provides a gated, secure environment. Men and women live in separate housing, with daily routines that balance therapy, education, and wellness practices such as meditation, nutrition, and fitness. The grounds feature gardens, walking paths, and a glass-walled chapel, with additional fitness opportunities through a partnership with the local YMCA. IOP services are available at the Bellevue and Park Avenue locations.

Recovery continues after treatment through a weekly alumni aftercare group, available both on-site and virtually. Peer connection and ongoing support help clients stay engaged in recovery while returning to work, school, and family life.
