Operated by Horizon Health Services, a private nonprofit, Aurora Village integrates primary care, mental health support, and suicide prevention services into its substance use treatment model. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT), such as buprenorphine and naltrexone, are available, and nicotine cessation programs support a tobacco-free lifestyle. Routine health screenings and assessments are part of a personalized approach to care.
