Integrated Faith-Based and Clinical Treatment

Pennsylvania Adult & Teen Challenge (PAATC) combines structured, evidence-based care with a Christian foundation. Clients benefit from 24/7 access to pastoral support, with mandatory chapel attendance, alongside trauma-informed therapy approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy. This integration allows clients to explore both psychological and spiritual healing, meeting the needs of those seeking faith-aligned recovery in a clinically robust environment.

Full Continuum of Care

The facility offers a wide range of services, including medical detox, short-term and long-term residential care, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient treatment. This full continuum allows clients to enter treatment at the appropriate level and step down gradually as they progress. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is also available, with options like buprenorphine and naltrexone, enhancing treatment flexibility and support for opioid and alcohol use disorders.

Support Beyond the Clinic

Recognizing the barriers many face in accessing and sustaining treatment, the program offers transportation assistance and aftercare planning. Clients receive help with housing, employment, and peer support connections, reinforcing stability and relapse prevention after discharge. Spiritual counseling, 12-Step facilitation, and life skills development further contribute to long-term recovery readiness.
