A Safe, Structured Space for Men

The program is designed for individuals experiencing serious or persistent mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder. The intimate residence serves no more than six men at a time, allowing for deeply personalized attention in a setting that feels calm and supportive. Whether in comfortable common spaces or private therapy rooms, clients benefit from a peaceful, upscale setting.

Rooted in Evidence-Based Therapies

The team of licensed professionals guides various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and recovery-oriented cognitive therapy (CT-R). Psychiatric medication management is also available. This evidence-based approach is delivered in both individual and group formats, helping clients build new coping strategies and emotional insight.

Incorporating Wellness Into Routine

Weekly sessions for yoga, fitness, breathwork, and somatic therapy help clients find calm. Local outings take advantage of the beach, aquariums, and mini-golf to socialize. At the residence, chef-prepared meals center nutrition while accommodating dietary needs. These activities not only offer relaxation but also support emotional regulation, body awareness, and re-engagement with everyday pleasures.

Patient Reviews

Patient feedback consistently highlights AMFM’s admissions process as one of its strengths. The intake experience is described as thorough, compassionate, and personalized, with staff who are responsive and genuinely supportive. Many clients have emphasized how important it was to feel heard and understood from the very first phone call.
