Located in the heart of Baltimore, Williams House provides drug-free supportive housing that helps individuals move safely from treatment toward community living. Residents participate in therapy, relapse prevention, and family reunification while developing daily routines and self-care skills. Each plan integrates evidence-based, experiential, and educational components to address underlying behavioral patterns. Residential beds for clients’ children may also be available, allowing families to remain together during recovery.

A Full Continuum of Care Through HBH Wellness

As part of HBH Wellness, Williams House connects clients to a coordinated care network that includes outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for teens. Adolescent participants engage in creative and therapeutic activities such as art, music, movement, and trauma-sensitive meditation. Outpatient care combines addiction and mental health treatment through cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention counseling, all designed to strengthen coping skills for long-term recovery.
