Medical Detox and Trauma-Informed Substance Use Care
A structured, clinical setting is provided for clients who require intensive substance use care. Onsite medical detox provides 24/7 supervision for withdrawal from substances including alcohol, opioids, and methamphetamine. Depending on their individual needs, clients may receive medications for addiction treatment (MAT) to ease withdrawal symptoms. Treatment plans include evidence-based therapies and trauma-focused counseling. With a focus on stabilization and safety, the program supports clients in breaking the cycle of relapse and building a foundation for lasting recovery.
Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders
The center specializes in treating clients facing both substance use and complex mental health concerns. Treatment is also available for gambling addiction, sex addiction, and eating disorders. Each client receives an individualized plan which can include family therapy and psychological education. Care is delivered by licensed clinicians. For clients who’ve experienced cycles of relapse and instability, this integrated approach offers a path toward long-term change.
Peer Support and Step-Down Options
Peer connection plays a central role in the center’s recovery approach. Clients engage in daily group therapy alongside others with shared experiences. Recovery activities include 12-Step groups and weekly offsite outings like bowling or movie nights for social downtime. Discharge planning begins early, with coordinated transitions into step-down care such as outpatient programs. Virtual therapy is available for outpatient care. Alumni groups and peer support resources help clients maintain momentum and stay connected after completing the program.
Veteran and First Responder Track
The Help for Heroes program is designed for veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and frontline professionals who face unique mental health and substance use challenges. This track addresses trauma, stress, and burnout through evidence-based therapies and group counseling adapted to high-stress professions. Clients receive care from clinicians experienced in military and first responder cultures, with an emphasis on restoring function and emotional well-being. This creates a safe space for clients to share experiences and reconnect with purpose.
