A full continuum of care

Care is available across a full continuum. This allows clients to move between levels of care as their needs change. Detox provides medical supervision during acute withdrawal, while the residential programs offer 24/7 support that may include counseling, group therapy, holistic services, and life-skills training. The PHP, IOP, and standard outpatient options give clients the ability to step down to a more flexible recovery schedule while continuing structured care. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT) may also be available when determined to be appropriate.

Structured, group-focused treatment

Group therapy may take place up to six days a week. Topics may include community building, life skills, processing experiences, and recovery education. Twice a week, clients may attend Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings to develop peer support. Care may also include Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) to address harmful thinking and decision-making, along with SMART goal planning to establish recovery milestones.

Trauma-focused care options

Clients can access trauma-focused care, which may include art therapy and narrative therapy to offer clients a different way to explore and process their experiences. Seeking Safety and the Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (TREM) may also be used during treatment. Additionally, evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing are incorporated with anger management programs, meditation, and breathwork.

Planning for life after treatment

Aftercare planning may connect clients with resources such as outpatient therapy, family therapy, support groups, sober living, relapse prevention resources, and continued medical and psychiatric care. Case managers on staff may also support clients with practical needs related to employment, housing, and legal concerns such as court or probation requirements. A criminal justice reentry program is available to provide additional support for clients preparing to reintegrate into their communities.

A structured residential setting

Clients stay in shared rooms with twin beds and have access to an indoor basketball court, exercise room, library, group rooms, dining hall, and secure outdoor green spaces such as landscaped walking paths, benches, and a wooded gazebo.
