Flexible outpatient structure

Clients can participate in PHP, IOP, or outpatient therapy based on their needs and goals for recovery. Programs run Monday to Friday. PHP operates from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., while IOP runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Clients attend treatment during the day and go home afterward. This flexible model lets people get support while balancing work, school, family, and daily tasks. Clients can move between care levels as their needs change, all within the same program.

Treatment recommendations based on individual needs

Treatment recommendations begin during the initial intake call. The care team will evaluate each client's recovery and clinical needs before making a program recommendation. Individuals needing a higher level of support may be referred to residential treatment as opposed to outpatient care. Treatment plans are reviewed and adjusted as needed, resulting in clients moving through different levels of care to help them on their road to recovery.

Coordinated care from a multidisciplinary team

Clients are supported by the whole care team. This may include a clinical director and a lead therapist, along with the therapists they will see in both group and individual counseling. Treatment decisions and care are managed with clinical and medical oversight during their time in the program. Care is coordinated across therapy, treatment planning, and medical needs.

Daily therapy is the foundation of treatment

Most of a client's time in the program is spent actively participating in therapist-facilitated groups with group therapy taking place everyday. During these sessions, clients have the opportunity to build connections with peers. They will also receive weekly one-on-one individual therapy sessions where time is dedicated to discussing personal goals, setbacks, and treatment progress.

Pride program

A specialized Pride Program is available for LGBTQ+ clients who are seeking addiction and mental health support in a welcoming environment. The program addresses specific LGBTQ+ challenges that can affect recovery. These include stigma, discrimination, identity stress, and trauma. Clients participate in culturally aware individual and group therapy. This is led by clinicians trained in LGBTQ+ recovery. They also build connections with peers who may have similar experiences. This is intended to help clients recover in a setting where they feel understood, supported, and accepted.
