The program offers multiple levels of residential treatment, ranging from supportive housing to clinically managed high-intensity care. Adults 18 and older are welcomed, with specialized tracks for women, people with co-occurring mental health conditions, survivors of trauma or domestic violence, and those managing chronic pain. Therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, trauma-informed counseling, contingency management, and 12-step facilitation. Care is available in both short-term and long-term formats, with telehealth integrated where useful.
Integrated Medical And Mental Health Support
Fayette House provides medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine options, and can prescribe or administer medication for alcohol use disorder. On-site psychiatric care supports mental health needs, while additional services include suicide prevention, trauma counseling, and medical support for conditions such as HIV or hepatitis C. This integrated model helps residents address both substance use and broader health concerns in one place.
Practical Supports For Long-Term Stability
Fayette House reduces barriers to treatment through transportation assistance for appointments and referrals to community-based supports such as AA or NA. Optional faith-based programming is also available off site with transportation. Vocational and employment services, including job training, help residents prepare for life after treatment. As a Medicaid- and grant-funded program, Fayette House makes care accessible to more adults, supporting long-term recovery and stability beyond treatment.
