Whether a client is looking to rebuild their faith or is simply open to spiritual growth, Stonegate meets everyone where they are. Treatment unfolds in fully gender-separate environments, allowing clients to do deep therapeutic work in emotionally safe and distraction-free settings to foster long-term accountability.

Long-Term Residential Care

Stonegate’s programs start at 45 days and extend to 90 days. This longer timeline reflects a commitment to real healing, not just stabilization. Clients work through trauma, co-occurring mental health conditions, and relapse histories with licensed clinicians, many of whom are in recovery themselves.

Immersive, Whole-Person Treatment Approach

Stonegate combines evidence-based care with experiential and faith-based practices. Clinical services include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed therapy. But recovery also happens through movement and connection: weekly equine therapy, yoga, nutrition guidance, and fitness sessions help clients reconnect with their bodies, regain energy, and reestablish routine. These services are built into the schedule—not treated as add-ons—so clients can internalize them for life after treatment.

Strong Peer Culture and Structured Environment

Stonegate’s ranch setting fosters a unique peer culture marked by shared faith, mutual accountability, and daily structure. Separate campuses for men (Creekside) and women (Hilltop) offer semi-private rooms, outdoor spaces, and recreational therapies that reinforce personal agency and dignity. The women’s campus also features a pool and hot tub.

Structured Aftercare and Sober Living Support

Stonegate extends care beyond discharge with a sober living home in Fort Worth and an active alumni network. Regular meetings and community events help graduates stay accountable and connected. This ongoing support provides structure during early recovery.
