Women-Focused Partial Hospitalization and Outpatient Structure
Rise Up Recovery Inc provides outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for women seeking treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. The program starts with an in-depth assessment and treatment planning to match services to each client’s needs. PHP and IOP offer a structured weekly schedule that blends group and individual sessions with ongoing clinical oversight, designed for women who need substantial support while continuing to build day-to-day independence.
Transitional Living Near Downtown Lancaster
A key differentiator is transitional living for women enrolled in IOP. The sober houses are within walking distance of historic downtown Lancaster and close to parks, recovery meetings, employment opportunities, and shopping. Housing includes private and shared bedroom options, shared bathrooms, a full kitchen, and common areas such as a relaxation lounge. This setup gives clients a stable place to live while staying closely connected to treatment, structure, and accountability.
Hands-On Case Management for Real-World Stability
Rise Up pairs clinical care with hands-on case management that targets the practical barriers that often disrupt recovery. Support includes help with housing, employment, education, physical and mental health needs, and recreation. The program also offers recovery resources services such as peer support and mentoring, assistance with obtaining social services, and social skills development, helping clients strengthen routines and rebuild support systems alongside treatment.
Medication Support, Access Options, and Ongoing Follow-Through
The program provides medications for addiction treatment (MAT) with naltrexone, including oral and extended-release injectable forms, and it accepts clients who receive MAT prescriptions elsewhere. Medication support for mental health conditions and nicotine replacement are also available. Telehealth services and transportation assistance help clients stay connected to care. Discharge planning, aftercare/continuing care, naloxone and overdose education, and follow-up after discharge support continuity as clients transition to more independent living.
