Luxury Amenities Designed for Healing
The luxurious, home-like environment is designed to support both emotional safety and physical comfort. The facility features private and semi-private bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, and individual TVs. Residents can enjoy chef-prepared meals tailored to dietary needs, as well as access to serene outdoor spaces, including a large backyard, pool, and meditation areas. The center is designed to promote balance and tranquility, creating a peaceful atmosphere conducive to healing. With a maximum of six residents at a time, the space remains quiet, personalized, and conducive to deep therapeutic work in a retreat-like setting.
TMS, Brainpotting, and Neurofeedback for Co-Occurring Conditions
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), brainspotting, and neurofeedback are a few of the advanced therapies offered on-site. TMS uses gentle magnetic pulses to stimulate underactive areas of the brain. It is used in particular to address treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. Brainspotting is designed to aid with trauma processing by directing eye movements. Neurofeedback helps clients regulate brainwave activity in real time, improving focus, emotional regulation, and stress response. These noninvasive therapies are integrated into personalized care plans and can be especially helpful for individuals who haven’t responded to traditional talk therapy alone.
Holistic, Spiritually-Centered Care
Holistic therapies are core to the recovery process. Clients participate in guided hypnotherapy to access and reframe subconscious patterns that contribute to substance use. Art and music therapy offer nonverbal outlets for emotional expression and healing. Sound bath meditation supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Animal therapy helps build trust and emotional connection, especially for those recovering from trauma. Nutritional therapy, including meals tailored to individual health needs, promotes physical well-being and mood stability. These practices help clients reconnect with themselves and support long-term wellness.
12-Step and SMART Recovery Options
The center offers both 12-step and self-management and recovery training (SMART) Recovery meetings as part of its flexible, inclusive approach to recovery support. Clients who connect with the 12-step model can participate in peer-led groups that emphasize fellowship, accountability, and spiritual growth. For those seeking a self-empowerment-based path, SMART Recovery provides tools grounded in cognitive behavioral principles to build motivation and manage cravings. By offering both frameworks, the center allows individuals to explore different recovery philosophies and choose the support system that best aligns with their values, beliefs, and long-term goals.
Continued Care After Residential Treatment
A comprehensive aftercare program is designed to support clients as they transition from residential treatment back into daily life. This program includes assistance with employment services, housing arrangements, continued counseling, relapse prevention, and educational programs. By addressing potential barriers in employment, education, life skills development, and financial management, the center ensures that each client has the necessary support to prevent relapse. The aftercare services are tailored to individual needs.
Patient Feedback
Patient reviews consistently praise the emotional safety and attentiveness offered at Iris. Many highlight how the facility helped them heal both psychologically and spiritually. Therapies like TMS and meditation are frequently mentioned as transformative, while the supportive staff environment is described as life-changing. The dominant theme is deep gratitude for the quality of care.
