Detox, Residential, and Outpatient Care

Crossroads Center provides a full continuum of treatment for people with substance use and co-occurring mental health needs. Options include detox, short- and long-term residential care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and standard outpatient therapy. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT), such as methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone, are offered alongside counseling and relapse prevention, allowing individuals to enter care at the right level and progress as their needs evolve.

Women’s Programs with Perinatal and Childcare Support

The Chaney Allen Women’s Continuum of Care is a 24-hour residential program designed for women, including those who are pregnant or parenting. With priority admission for pregnant women, the program integrates trauma support, parenting education, and perinatal or postpartum care. Onsite childcare and residential beds for children make treatment more accessible, helping families heal together while addressing long-term stability.

Adult Residential, Justice-Involved, and Adolescent Services

Adults can access the Adult Residential Care (ARC) program, which combines structured rehabilitation with connections to mental health and drug courts. Outpatient services, including the STOP program, support individuals referred through the justice system, and the SAMI track addresses both substance use and mental illness. Adolescents ages 12 to 17 are served through outpatient services that involve family participation and can be delivered at school or in community settings, aiming to reduce substance use while building resilience and life skills.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment and Community Partnerships

Crossroads Center specializes in dual-diagnosis treatment through its Substance Abuse and Mental Illness (SAMI) program, which addresses conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia alongside substance use. The center works with local courts, social services, and healthcare providers to connect clients with housing, vocational training, transportation, and peer support. Aftercare planning and community-based groups extend support beyond treatment, reinforcing recovery as an ongoing journey.
