Care for Substance Use and Mental Health

The center offers treatment for both substance use disorders and primary mental health conditions in a supportive setting. Multiple levels of care are offered, including outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP). This flexibility allows clients to receive the level of support that matches their needs, whether they are stepping down from a residential program or beginning care for the first time. Treatment is individualized and includes a combination of evidence-based therapy, holistic support, and recovery planning to address both immediate challenges and long-term stability.

Evidence-Based and Holistic Approaches

Therapies are grounded in proven methods including talk-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). For clients addressing trauma, the program also offers eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), a specialized approach for processing difficult experiences. These interventions are combined with holistic activities that promote healing of mind and body, including yoga, art, and music therapy. This combination of therapies helps clients build resilience, improve self-regulation, and develop new coping skills.

Medication-Assisted Support

Along with prescribing medications for addiction treatment (MAT) when needed, the program offers medication management for mental health conditions. This helps ensure that clients can address any psychiatric needs while in care. This can help clients struggling with mental and emotional challenges to actively engage in counseling and sustain recovery progress over time.

Specialized Programs for Diverse Needs

Adolescents ages 13–17 can participate in a dual-diagnosis IOP that integrates therapy, psychiatric support, and family engagement. Veterans and military families are offered trauma-informed care that acknowledges service-related experiences and transitions. The center also provides tailored tracks for women, older adults, and professionals managing career demands alongside recovery. Clients with co-occurring disorders, chronic relapse histories, or trauma backgrounds receive individualized support designed to meet their needs. These specialized programs help make sure that care is relevant to each client’s life circumstances.

Adapted Aftercare Planning

The center offers an alumni program, follow-up therapy, and education on maintaining wellness. Discharge planning is individualized, with referrals to community-based resources, medical providers, or peer support groups. Clients may also access sober living arrangements when needed to help bridge the gap between treatment and independent living. By combining these supports, the center helps clients continue progressing toward long-term personal and professional goals.
