Women’s Transitional Housing With a Reintegration Focus

Epiphany House Long Branch offers 24-hour, long-term halfway house services for adult women in early recovery. The program is built around day-to-day structure and skill development, with an emphasis on preparing residents to return to community life, family responsibilities, and work.

Counseling That Addresses Substance Use and Co-Occurring Needs

Residents can access individual, group, and family counseling, along with substance use disorder counseling and relapse prevention support. Services may include trauma-related counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, contingency management/motivational incentives, and 12-step facilitation. Support is also available for women with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, with mental health services offered as part of care.

Practical Support for Work, Parenting, and Daily Stability

A key focus is helping residents follow through on individualized goals, including medical, psychiatric, vocational, parenting, and educational. Case management and discharge planning support next steps, while recovery support includes peer mentoring, self-help groups, housing services, help accessing social services, employment counseling or training, and follow-up after discharge.

Medication Coordination and Recovery Health Education

Epiphany House accepts clients who are already using medications for addiction treatment (MAT) when those medications are prescribed elsewhere, and the program can coordinate care with outside prescribers. Additional support features nicotine replacement, tobacco cessation counseling, naloxone and overdose education, and health education services such as HIV/AIDS and hepatitis education, counseling, or support.
