Men’s Transitional Housing Focused on Reintegration

Philip House provides structured, transitional living for adult men who are early in recovery and ready to begin rebuilding daily life. The program is designed to support reintegration into the community, family, and workplace, with individualized guidance tied to medical, psychiatric, vocational, and educational goals that help residents move forward with greater stability.

Goal-Oriented Counseling and Recovery Skills

Residents take part in individual counseling, group counseling, relapse prevention services, and substance use disorder education. Programming emphasizes practical skill-building, helping residents establish routines, strengthen coping strategies, and manage real-world stressors while living in a structured residential setting.

Practical Supports That Extend Beyond Treatment

Philip House offers wraparound services that address day-to-day needs alongside recovery work. Support includes case management, housing services, mentoring or peer support, and employment counseling or training. Transportation assistance is also available, helping residents stay connected to care, work, and community responsibilities.

Connection to a Broader Continuum of Care

As part of New Hope Integrated Behavioral Health Care, Philip House connects residents to a wider continuum of residential and outpatient services for substance use, gambling, and co-occurring mental health treatment. The organization also provides medications for addiction treatment (MAT) within its broader services, including options such as buprenorphine and naltrexone, with coordination when medications are prescribed through outside providers.

Residential Environment and Ongoing Care Planning

The residence includes air conditioned rooms and outdoor areas with gardens and walking paths, offering space to decompress between work, appointments, and programming. Discharge planning, aftercare or continuing care, naloxone and overdose education, and outcome follow-up after discharge help support continuity and safety as residents transition to their next stage of recovery.
