Men-Only Residential Treatment

The home offers 24/7 supervision in a comfortable, community setting. Each client receives an adapted treatment plan that includes daily counseling, relapse prevention, 12-step introduction, and trauma-informed therapy. Licensed medical and recovery staff guide participants through topics such as stress management, relationship repair, and emotional regulation. The structured daily schedule includes therapeutic groups, individual sessions, and community activities, all designed to help men replace old routines with healthy habits.

HeartMath for Emotional Regulation and Focus

The HeartMath program is offered to help clients strengthen emotional balance and build self-awareness. Through guided breathing and biofeedback tools, clients learn how heart rhythms affect stress, clarity, and decision-making. The approach is practical and science-based, showing men how to steady their emotions during cravings or conflict. This is designed to improve focus, sleep quality, and mood stability. The goal is to gain tools to respond to stress with intention instead of impulse.

Employment Goal-Setting and Coaching

Employment and independence are central parts of the recovery approach. Men work with case managers to prepare for stable employment after treatment. Staff assist with job readiness tasks such as building résumés, exploring career goals, and practicing interview skills. When ready, clients begin active job searches and budgeting exercises to prepare for long-term financial stability. Practical coaching includes opening bank accounts, addressing credit issues, and managing required legal or probation obligations. The goal is for each client to leave treatment with the confidence and resources to support himself.

Peer Connection and Ongoing Support

The program emphasizes recovery as a shared experience. Clients live in a home environment with social spaces that encourage mutual trust and peer accountability. Group therapy and self-help meetings, including 12-step sessions, help men connect with others who understand their struggles. After discharge, staff can assist with housing placement, employment follow-up, and continued peer support. Alumni are invited to return for group meetings or mentoring opportunities. This emphasis on ongoing connection encourages men to stay engaged, manage challenges after leaving residential care, and maintain stability in recovery.
