Executive Recovery Track
Created for professionals who can’t fully step away from work during treatment, this track allows clients full use of their personal devices, including smartphones and laptops, throughout their stay. This way, clients can receive the 24/7 medical monitoring they need while still being able to keep up with their daily responsibilities. Clients who choose the executive track stay in private rooms. Those who choose the general track stay in rooms shared with one other person. They can still use their personal devices in the evenings between 5 and 7 p.m.
Multidisciplinary Treatment Team
The core treatment team consists of therapists, medical staff, and case managers. Clients with co-occurring mental health conditions can also see a psychiatrist. Clinical staff have master’s degrees or higher, bringing a wealth of knowledge to help clients through the withdrawal management (detox) process. Evidence-based approaches used by therapists include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), delivered both in group settings and during one-on-one sessions. Treatment plans are developed in collaboration between clients and clinicians and are adapted to individual needs and goals.
Upscale Amenities
Clients stay in luxurious accommodations in a spacious modern facility with views of McDowell Mountain. Amenities include bedroom balconies, in-room HDTV, a private movie theater with streaming services, a full gym, a basketball court, and a game room with billiards.
Meals and Wellness Support
Scottsdale Detox has a full kitchen where an executive chef prepares meals. There is also a 24/7 cafe where clients can get food anytime they are hungry between meal times. Clients can get massage therapy during their stay, as well as use yoga and meditation spaces. Families are welcome to visit on weekends, though these visits have to be arranged ahead of time with the care team.
Long-Term Care Planning
Before clients leave treatment, case managers work with them to develop a long term recovery plan. Scottsdale Detox partners with other facilities across a full continuum of substance use care. Clients can be connected to sober living, continued therapy, and other health and wellness resources.
